SUPERVISOR/LEAD PERSON

Applicant must have a strong background as a supervisor or lead person. Ability to read blueprints and schematics and deal with multiple activities and tasks on a daily basis. Coordinate customer demands with production schedule. Ability to work with people to resolve production issues. A mechanical background with experience in hydraulics would be helpful. Responsible for finished product.

AG EQUIPMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Applicant must have a mechanical background and ability to learn with experience in hydraulics & 12 volt electrical systems. Raven, John Deere, and AgLeader controller knowledge would be helpful in training customers. Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and fabrication of ag equipment. Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.

First Shift hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

There is a 90-day introductory period. Salary and Performance Reviews are conducted at 90 days, 6 months then yearly on anniversary date.
